decolonial book club
informal group of students in Singapore interested in decolonial thought.
why is no one talking about this?In February 2024, a few friends from the National University of Singapore decided to do something about the seeming silence around issues close to our hearts. With the incredible support of friends, students, faculty alike, we quickly expanded into a group of 180+ members.
come join usWe are interested in thinking through issues as a community. Our sessions are member-initiated, and we work through race, class, gender, sexualities, the climate, education, power and authority, activisms……in plural and generative ways.We are interested in radical imaginations and praxis. We like to think from our position as students to brainstorm the many ways decolonisation can look like on the campus and beyond.Come join us for / initiate our next session!
